Abstract

Во всех развитых странах мира обеспечение функционирования платежных систем является одной из основных задач центрального банка. При этом эффективное обеспечение функционирования платежных систем основывается на надежности и безопасности платежных систем. Надежные и безопасные платежные системы обеспечивают стабильность финансовых рынков, гарантию межбанковских расчетов, а также своевременный расчет между продавцами и покупателями.
