Abstract

Ежегодно растет количество карточек в обращении, держателей карточек, расширяется инфраструктура рынка платежных карточек. В Казахстане приоритетным направлением является развитие национальной платежной системы безналичных платежей, основанной именно на микропроцессорных карточках.
