Abstract

Южно-Казахстанская область относится к экономически развитым регионам Казахстана, так как обладает не только природными, но и производственными и человеческими ресурсами. Однако этот потенциал сам по себе не может служить гарантией социального и экономического благополучия. Инструментом, способствующим росту валового продукта, позволяющему вовлечь все составляющие в хозяйственный оборот, создать эффективную среду для развития бизнеса, являются инвестиции.
