World experience of building effective mechanisms for the implementation of foreign policy activity

Abstract

The article considers the international experience of the development of effective mechanisms for the implementation of foreign policy. It is established that during the existence of the world civilization, world processes associated with the formation and implementation of the objectives of foreign policy activity has undergone significant transformation and modernization. It is proved that the mechanisms for the implementation of foreign policy activity has been transforming the objective processes of human development. The concept of national interest is a key factor in interstate relations that shape the foreign policy of every country of the world. It is noted that the UN is today a key element of modern interstate foreign relations and foreign policy chief mechanism of international diplomacy. Established powers of the President in foreign policy in countries with a parliamentary-presidential form of government. It is noted that a key role in implementing the foreign policy of countries in the world play the foreign Ministry, which is the main subject in the field of external relations. Analyzed foreign experience in the formation of effective mechanisms of implementation of the foreign policy activity of the leading countries of the world, in particular the European Union and the United States of America. It is established that the need for the formation of foreign policy mechanisms was due to political, socio-economic, cultural, military, humanitarian and other factors in the development of countries of the world. The processes associated with the formation and implementation of foreign policy of the European Union and the United States of America.
