Identifying Problems During The Discussion Of The Concept Of Local Government Reform And Territorial Organization Of Power In Ukraine

Abstract

The article defines the concept of the unit of local government reform and territorial organization of power in Ukraine, which were expressed inhabitants Vyshgorodskiy district, Kyiv region during the discussion. Issues raised participants, allowing to identify the main groups of risk associated with distrust of certain provisions of the draft concept, not a solution which can later lead to negative consequences.
