The Health Insurance Fund As An Optimal Off-Budget Sources Aid And Future Directions Of Health Reform

Abstract

The article describes the optimal model for the organization and operation of the health insurance funds. The role of health insurance funds as an important source of the off-budget health financing and long-term direction for health reforms was described. The optimal principles of health insurance funds were determined. The automation control system for the health insurance funds’ management was presented.
