Abstract

The articlediscussesthe relevance ofpreventionof child abandonmentandexamines the roleof local governmentand outlinesthe applicabilityof social capital inlocal government. For the first timeidentifiedthe possibility of practicalapplicationof social capitalin the prevention ofchild abandonmentat the levelof local government.
