The Concept And Essence Of State Management In The Sphere Of Legal Registration Of The State Border Of Ukraine

Abstract

The article deals with topical issues in the field of legal registration of the state border of Ukraine. Noted that the lack of legal registration of the majority of the state border of Ukraine is a potential threat to the unity of Ukrainian lands. Formulated the concept of “public administration in the sphere of legal registration of the state border of Ukraine”. Justified that the state management in the sphere of legal registration of the state border of Ukraine is based on principles of sovereign equality, territorial integrity, inviolability of state borders and mutual respect, the existing interstate legal base between Ukraine and neighboring countries on border issues.
