Abstract

The article is devoted to the specifics of public administration and analysis of the place and role of the judicial-expert activity in the state mechanism and system Narkomata 20-the beginning of 30th years of XX century Indicated that the implementation of the valuable orientation to the study of the historical aspects of the national policy of management of scientific and judicial review through the mechanism of political, institutional and control Department in studying issues in a comprehensive study, has a great influence on the format of the paradigm of the recommendations on the adoption of laws and their implementation in the sphere of management of scientific and forensic expertise.
