Abstract

The sanctions imposed on Russia in recent years have exacerbated the need to achieve technological sovereignty and create import-substituting industries in Russia. The article analyzes the experience of foreign countries in terms of choosing priority industries for further application of state support measures: either traditional industries for the country’s economy, or those with the greatest potential to contribute to GVA growth rates, or ensuring the strategic independence and security of the country. Based on these criteria, we have identified the list of promising industries for state support in Russia.
