Evolution of Operations Management Model in International Hotel Business

Abstract

Hotel project management is one of the most complex and capital-intensive processes in the commercial real estate market, characterized by high costs and long payback periods. One of the key issues is choosing the right management model for a hotel project. The article deals with the basic principles of the most up-to-date management model of a hotel facility with the participation of an international hotel operator. Trends and reasons for changes in key aspects of business interaction between the hotel owner and the international operator are revealed. The scheme of the evolution of the hotel management model with the participation of an international operator is presented.
