Personnel Problems in the Transformation Conditions: Foreign and Russian Practice

Abstract

The usage of transformation technologies causes qualitative changes in the personnel activities. New technologies cause a growth of overall labour effectiveness. The concept of a working place is changing nowadays. At the same time the usage of digital technologies comes with personnel places reduction that leads to unemployment. One of the problems is a shortage of skilled specialists that are able to use new technologies. The processes digital development reduce the personnel participation in it. A comprehensive analysis of the modern realities between a person and technology interaction appears ti be needed. A special policy on the whole management levels is needed. The key task it to change the system of corporate education.
