Abstract

The article discusses the models and principles of creating the single window information system, which is one of the export support measures. It is a digital platform for the information exchange between exporters/importers and government agencies, and its use allows you to digitize many operations, simplify foreign trade procedures, speed up decision-making and perform certain operations related to the export of goods. The Single Window system was created on the basis of the REC digital platform in accordance with the principles laid down in the recommendations of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe. For the time being it is planned to provide 24 services and 28 services. Their set is aimed at meeting the needs of Russian exporters.
