Abstract

Increasing household incomes and the gradual warming in many countries result in higher demand for residential air conditioners. Government programs stimulate the demand for air conditioning systems in a number of countries. The market is dominated by several competing companies. The share of multifunctional hybrid systems in the production and sales is increasing. Besides, international trade in which Russia participates is also expanding. The imports of residential air conditioners reached 900 million in 2019. At the same time, the exports of air conditioners is picking up.
