Current State of Global Travel and Tourism Market

Abstract

Travelling and mobility are an essential human need. International migration and tourism are the dominant forms of mobility nowadays. A comparative analysis of international tourist and migration flows is made. Global and regional international tourist arrivals are assessed. Examples of countries that changed their image thanks to international tourism are presented. The state of the inbound tourism market in Russia is analyzed.
