Strategic management model for educational services exports

Abstract

The article proposes an adaptive strategic management model for exports of educational services and professional competencies with digital and managerial technologies that ensure competitiveness of higher education institutions. Features of export management during implementation of national projects are considered, the guidelines to develop academic programs and involvement of students into educational projects are proposed, methods to promote educational services on foreign markets are identified, and education exports headwinds are revealed. As a result, the strategies to continuously increase managerial competencies and practices to develop educational services exports are suggested.
