Russian companies: current issues of developing new forms of foreign economic relations

Abstract

The article deals with new forms of foreign economic relations aiming to increase the efficiency of Russian enterprises under current conditions. The author considers that leasing and several kinds of countertrade (offset) may provide certain opportunities. Lease mechanisms is multi-purposing and maybe to the benefit of the participating parties and countries as it may help to solve problems: financial, promotional etc. In their turn, offset transactions allow to match the interests of exporters and importers of expensive defense and dual technologies.
