Abstract

The complicated economic conditions in Russia over the past few years have affected adversely its foreign trade relations. This fact drew attention to the importance of promoting Russian exports. The authors of the article overview the existing system of state support for export-oriented companies in Russia and assess its efficiency. In addition, the key aim of the study is to identify the strengths of export support systems of other countries. Basing on the experience of the USA, Great Britain and India, the authors suggest the ways to improve the export support system in Russia.
