Abstract

Continuous and zealous search for models of effective economic transformation has become the driving force in seeking the means to facilitate development of the modern Russian society. The focus has shifted towards innovative ideas and new breakthrough technologies for transforming the economy as the key to achieving its potential. Increasing demand for technical innovations as well as for economic and humanitarian innovations requires a new thinking that can ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of development processes in the new modern economic conditions - a chaordic business environment. We already live in a complex world with the constantly changing market conditions.
