Abstract

One of the main conditions for the formation of a competitive strategic perspective of an industrial enterprise may be its innovative activity. At the same time, insufficient use of the existing capabilities and potential of the electric power industry is hampered by the effective implementation of the planned reforms and the accelerated development of the country. To create favorable conditions for the development of innovation, the country’s leadership is taking various steps. Among them is the implementation of the resolution of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev of October 23, 2018 No. PP-3981 “Road Map” to increase generating capacity, modernize electric power networks, and improve metering and control of electric energy consumption in 2018-2020.
