Abstract

The aggravation of inter-firms competition for markets stimulates companies to look for new organizational tools that will increase their competitiveness. Such methods are developed both in the field of production and sales. In recent years special attention has been paid to the expansion and intensification of the use of various information processing systems that allow to manage and control of business systems with high efficiency. In this article, the authors analyze various approaches and practices of using proprietary information processing systems in order to increase the level of management.
