New directions for cross-border e-commerce development

Abstract

In the article, new directions for the development of e-commerce in the global economy are considered. The author analyzes new factors in the formation of e-commerce features in foreign countries. Besides, special attention is paid to the use of new sales tools both in Russia and abroad. The author reveals the structure and geographical distribution of sales of Russian goods through online stores. The report presents the materials of the World Customs Organization conference held in Luxor and the results of the first global conference on electronic commerce held in Beijing in 2018.
