Abstract

The article deals with the search for the most effective models of human resources management of a foreign trade company as an element of a long-term competitive advantages system. Based on the analysis of modern research, it is shown that in the context of globalization, the formation of a new ecosystem of workforce and intellectual capital markets, foreign trade companies need to use hybrid HR-strategies aimed at increasing the level of competitiveness. An effective solution is the introduction of a new model of personnel management, in which the HR function is divided between three organizational services: HR-business partner, the center of HR-expertise, the center of general services, which will develop the key competencies of the organization when working in the international market.
