Abstract

He article analyzes the features of the internal market defence system of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The applied product and geographical scope of the trade remedies, mechanism of their introduction, the role of the Eurasian Economic Commission and national bodies in the process are examined. Precedents of blockage (veto) of trade remedies by the member states of the EAEU are investigated. Fundamental problems of the Eurasian integration are revealed by the example of the situation with blockage of the anti-dumping measure on herbicides originating in the European Union. In conclusion, prospects of overcoming the internal market defence system crisis are analyzed in the context of the EAEU economic integration development.
