Dairy export to China demands new approach to Russian veterinary-sanitary regulations

Abstract

Veterinary certification requirements law enforcement in China affects milk as no other animal origin goods and includes territory, product, processing plant and competent veterinary authority assessment to meet Chinese national standards for every kind of milk. The article assesses Russian milk exports to China as development of new approaches to conformity assessment of dairy products to Chinese national standards and new veterinary control application inside state veterinary information system framework.
