Abstract

The paper presents the agri-food products classification according to its purpose, with the allocation of goods to the appropriate groups - raw materials, resources, processed products, finished products, which allows to estimate the share of final products that have undergone industrial processing in the structure of agri-food exports and to reveal its dynamics. The performed calculations showed that during the period 2010-2015 the share of finished products that passed the stage of industrial processing decreased from 35.5 to 29.7%, reflecting the predominantly extensive way of development of Russian agri-food exports, based primarily on foreign deliveries of raw materials.
