Abstract

The authors consider the current state of international trade in licenses in the article, point out the importance of clarifying the license validity period, elaborate on the methods of determining the license price, note the importance of determining the license cost on the basis of determining the buyer's additional profit using qualimetry methods. The authors analyze various methods of payment for licenses, pointing to the positive aspects of using a lump-sum payment. They are considering a contract for the purchase of a license by a Russian company from a European firm.
