Personal securities under the Common Frame of Reference

Abstract

The article deals with a notion of personal securities as well as their features and conditions of application stated in the Common Frame of Reference (CFR, previously known as DCFR). The purpose is to analyze and compare general regulation of the securities and specific types of personal securities under the CFR as well as to compare regulation established in the CFR and the Russian Federation Civil Code.
