Abstract

The authors consider objective factors contributing to the development of export support systems in different countries, in particular, the strengthening of competition in foreign markets and the use of a variety of non-tariff support methods for national producers by the importing countries, and the introduction of new import duties on steel and aluminum in the USA in March this year.
