Corporate management in Russia: Using the experience of Japan and China

Abstract

The author conducted a brief comparative analysis of the features corporate control the “family” company, for example, “keiretsu” and peculiarities of management in the company in China based on centuries-old traditions that are based on mutual trust and respect for the individual in the team; social responsibility and the principle of mutual respect between employees and managers different managers. The Author of this article has revealed are features (peculiarities) and disadvantages and weaknesses with some problems in the Russian top management, in the end of the study, the author has formulated the main conclusions. The subject of research is the study of corporate governance in Japan and China. Object of research are main problems of corporative management in Russia at the present moment.
