Instruments of innovative development for small business in foreign countries

Abstract

The article examines micro-and macroeconomic instruments of innovative development for small business. Special attention is given to the role of small business in the economic development of foreign countries. Organizational stages of business process in companies are looked into with venture companies being characterized. The personnel matters of innovative activity of a company are considered. Besides, special focus is given to the analysis of the government policy on small business growth outlining the main instruments of government regulation. Based on the foreign experience the main parameters for innovative activity development in the Russian small companies are examined.
