Rjesavanje problema visecih dijelova kod 3D ispisa

Abstract

Viseci dijelovi kao samostalne strukture nadogradene na podlogu ili prethodni sloj, sklone su uvijanju ili drugim deformacijama. Dakle, vecina 3D aditivnih procesa proizvodnje poput FDM/FFF, SLS, EBM, LOM, PBIH3DP i STL predstavljaju u procesu kreiranja 3D proizvoda inkrementalno slaganje tankih, fleksibilnih slojeva. Problem visecih dijelova genericki je termin za bilo koju "visecu" strukturu (strukturu negativnog kuta). Ukoliko se radi o objektima ciji viseci dijelovi premasuju kut od 45°, potrebno je pribjeci koristenju potpornih struktura. Potporne strukture podrazumijevaju pasivnu strukturu koja nije dio ispisanog objekta, a daje mu strukturalnu podrsku to jest onemogucava pojavu deformacije oblika. Upravo sve kompleksniji 3D modeli zahtijevaju mnostvo visecih dijelova. Medutim, da bi se stvorio kvalitetan proizvod uz sto manje otpada i pogresaka potrebno je u ranim fazama projektiranja, vizualizirati potporne strukture pomocu softvera.
