Postupci brze izrade prototipova u trodimenzionalnom (3D) ispisu

Abstract

Tehnologija brze izrade prototipova razvija se posljednjih 25 godina. Iako omogucava brz, ekonomican i kvalitetan proces izrade prototipa, alata i proizvoda, tehnologija se sporo probija u industriji zbog nekoliko razloga: nedostatka informacija i standardizacije, troskova investiranja, ogranicene dimenzije radnog volumena i ogranicen broj ponudenih materijala. Brza izrada prototipa je tehnologija kojom se, direktno iz digitalnog prikaza prostornog ili trodimenzionalnog (3D) modela izradenog u nekom od grafickih alata, proizvodi, funkcionalan i relativno kompleksan radni prototip. Brza izrada prototipa razlikuje se od uobicajenih metoda koje geometriju realiziraju uklanjanjem materijala. Gradnja modela kod brzog prototipiranja bazira se na digitalno rezanim slojevima modela koji se u fizickom prostoru sloj po sloj lijepe u finalni oblik. U radu je predstavljeno i evaluirano nekoliko razlicitih metoda brzog prototipiranja.
