Razvoj interoperabilnih aplikacija temeljenih na javnoj informacijskoj infrastrukturi

Abstract

Opisali smo projektiranje i izvedbu informacijskih sustava temeljenih na javnoj informacijskoj infrastrukturi. Javnu informacijsku infrastrukturu cine baze podataka javnih ustanova te programska sucelja za pristup tim podacima. Projektiranje i izvedba takvih informacijskih sustava pokazani su na primjeru izgradnje SEOP-a, sustava evidencije otockih prava na povlasteni prijevoz te pracenje izdavanja i utroska povlastenih putnih karata u obalnom linijskom pomorskom prometu. SEOP je heterogeni informacijski sustav koji se u radu oslanja na javnu informacijsku infrastrukturu te omogucuje potpunu interoperabilnost svih svojih sudionika iz javnog i privatnog sektora. Glavno svojstvo SEOP-a jest rad u realnom vremenu. Zbog takvog rada i koristenja javne informacijske infrastrukture hrvatski otocani ne moraju cekati u redu za ostvarenje svojih prava niti obilaziti druge javne ustanove, a brodarske tvrtke uvijek mogu pouzdano znati kada i kome mogu prodati povlastenu kartu te traziti odgovarajucu nadoknadu za neostvareni prihod od nadleznih drzavnih tijela. Cijeli sustav je transparentan s gledista poreznih obveznika te prosiriv drugim funkcionalnostima. Pri projektiranju je koristen BPMN 2.0, a u izvedbi web-servisi i softverska arhitektura servisne sabirnice.
