The Problem of Encouraging Creative Activity of Young Researchers in Russia

Abstract

The article discusses approaches to the definition of the concepts of «creative activity», «scientific work», «young researchers». The conditions influencing the degree of creative activity of young researchers are analyzed and the problems facing young researchers in Russia and reducing the level of their creative activity have been discovered. General recommendations to stimulate the creative activity of young researchers in the Russian context are given.
