Conflicts of Interest Associated with Complex Scientific and Technical Results (a Single Technology), and the Mechanisms of their Prevention

Abstract

The article considers the theoretical analysis of conflicts of interests of the party to a state contract to perform R&D for use of complex scientific and technical result (complex technology) which may be treated as a compound object of intellectual rights. The recommendations are suggested for the formation of economic and legal mechanisms for the prevention and resolution of conflicts of interest.
