Policy of Innovation: Possible Conceptual Framework

Abstract

The article is written in the perspective of ontology of activity. It suggests comparing and contrasting transformation and cognition, politics and science, development and modernization, innovation and realization. Based on these distinctions, principles of innovation policy and science policy are defined and offered for discussion. The article also looks at what types of knowledge are required to ensure the transformational activity.
