Problems of Stimulation of Sreative Activity in the Scientific and Technical Sphere

Abstract

In the present article the system of measures of stimulation of creative activity realized in modern Russia in the scientific and technical sphere, and also its separate elements, namely measures of material stimulation of young scientists and authors of office results of intellectual activity is considered. Letʼs note that such measures concern not only material equipment of the sphere of science and education, not only infrastructure and control system development or assistance of enterprise of citizens, but also directly mention motivation of participants of researches and development to creativity. In our opinion creative activity of participants of researches and development should be considered as one of «whales» on which the success of large-scale updating of economy of Russia relies.
