Abstract

On May 26, 2011 the Round table on which «The concept of involvement of the leading scientists-compatriots living abroad, to processes of realization of the priority directions of development of a science, technologies and equipment in the Russian Federation» was discussed took place. Implementation of the concept is directed on effective use of potential of the Russian scientific diaspora at the solution of problems of increase of competitiveness of national sector of researches and development, education systems; ensuring their integration into the international scientific and technological and educational space; increase of innovative activity in the priority directions of development of a science, technologies and equipment in the Russian Federation.
