Abstract

As any professional community, scientists are interested in unbiassed, whenever possible, to an exact estimation of efficiency of their activity. Last decades enough wide circulation have received quantitative scientometric methods on which basis attempts to do qualitative conclusions about achievements of separate scientists, scientific personnel and the whole countries are undertaken. There are unceasing disputes about the results which are based on quantitative calculations. We suggest readers to familiarize with one more interested opinion and to join in discussion.
