Priority Directions of State-Private Partnership in Scientific and Technical and Innovative Spheres (Experience of Foreign Countries)

Abstract

In the article the analysis of experience of industrially developed countries in the field of formation of state-private partnership in innovative sphere is given. Following basic directions in this area are allocated: cooperation stimulation between scientific and industrial economy sectors; support hi-tech start-up and «spin-off» companies; assistance to a transfer of technologies, formation of innovative clusters. The conclusion about increase in quantity and variety of similar programs, increase of their role in the decision of problems of increase of innovative activity both state, and private sectors becomes.
