Conference Review: IV Moscow Economic Forum

Abstract

On March 23-24, 2016 IVth Moscow Economic Forum devoted to 25 years of market reforms in Russia was held at the Lomonosov Moscow State University. The Moscow Economic Form gathered about three thousand leading economists, experts, representatives of business and science. Three plenary discussions, several conferences, round tables, brainstorming and a master class were held within the Forum framework. At the first Plenary meeting – “The results of market reforms: sine ira et studio” - participants discussed the expectations of post-socialist society, actual transformation process, results of reforms, and the lessons learned.
