Analysis of the Implementation of the SAKTI Application and PPNPN in Work Units in Mataram City

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality on user satisfaction and net benefits in the use of the SAKTI and PPNPN applications in Mataram City’s government work units. Using a quantitative approach and survey method, data were collected from 120 users and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). Results indicate that system quality does not significantly affect user satisfaction, while information quality and service quality have positive and significant effects. Additionally, user satisfaction significantly enhances net benefits, such as increased efficiency and productivity. These findings suggest that improving information accuracy and service responsiveness is more impactful for user satisfaction than system functionality alone.
