Abstract

Kenaikan harga CPO mendorong kenaikan harga minyak goreng. Sebagai barang kebutuhan pokok, kenaikan minyak goreng menimbulkan gejolak di masyarakat. Gejolak ini menjadi ironi di tengah fakta Indonesia sebagai penghasil terbesar CPO dunia. Pemerintah merespons dengan mengeluarkan dua jenis kebijakan dalam rangka meredam kenaikan harga minyak goreng yakni kebijakan subsidi minyak goreng dan Domestic Market Obligation (DMO)-Domestic Price Obligation (DPO).
