State regulation of the market of collective investments

Abstract

The essence, algorithm, main goals and tasks of state regulation of the market of collective investments in the Russian Federation at the present stage are specified. The legislative base of collective investment is analyzed. Priorities of state regulation are placed, when investing in open funds for modern Russia. The problems of such regulation are indicated, possible alternative solutions are suggested.
