Abstract

The aim is to consider how the implementation through improved enterprise management system will be fundamental to the implementation of sustainable development strategies in today’s rapidly changing enterprise environment. Why efficient operation personnel management system will allow the enterprise management system to quickly adapt to changes in the external and internal environment of the enterprise.
