National project «Education» of the Russian Federation in the conditions of the modern world

Abstract

The national project in the field of education at the present moment of time is being developed together with the projects aimed at the development of the health care system, housing construction and agriculture. Modern national projects are a tool that aims to achieve the most important goals of state development. The main purpose of writing this paper is to determine the main characteristics of the national project «Education» on the territory of the Russian Federation. The methodological basis of the study is analysis and synthesis, economic< statistical and graphical methods. The result of the study reflects the essence of the national project «Education» in the Russian Federation, defines its key areas and targets, expected results from the implementation. The education system is a unique social institution designed to improve human potential, create new ideas, goals, solve various levels of complexity of tasks — these positions form both the social future and the future of each individual and citizen. In the modern world every person should have humanity, justice, morality, kindness and courtesy, it is the education system that will help to realize and develop these functions.The National Project «Education» helps to form uniform conditions for education among all territorial subjects of the Russian Federation, helps to introduce new management mechanisms.The paper also analyzes the main results of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in the implementation of the national project, identifies problems and offers recommendations for their solution.
