Synthesis report on The XIth. Annual Conference: 100 Years of Administration in the Romanian National Unitary State – Between Tradition and Modernity – Juridical and Interdisciplinary research of the Romanian Public Administration

This synthesis report, written by the organisers, reviews the XIth Annual Conference of the Romanian Academic Society of Administrative Sciences, dedicated to 100 years of administration in the Romanian national unitary state, and describes its two sections (the identity of Romanian public administration, and public administration in the European and global context) together with the main themes debated: administrative codification, the status of local elected representatives, administrative contentious, quality of regulation and legal certainty, electoral administration, migration, environmental policy and good administration. It also records that this special number of the Academic Journal of Law and Governance contains selected articles presented at that conference.
