The Anticorruption Strategy – component of the protection of the Human Rights

Abstract

On a national and international level, the need to comply with the human rights and the transparency that must describe the activity of the public servants regarding the corruption acts, have determined initiatives, concerns and reactions. The article is putting in the same sentence two terms of great importance in our society: human rights and corruption. Each of the human rights are – more or less affected – by the biggest problem of the society, corruption.
