Abstract

This academic book presentation discusses Ioan Alexandru's 2017 volume "From National Administrative Law to Global Administrative Law" (Romanian Academy Publishing House), following the book's treatment of the genesis and evolution of the concepts of law from natural law to positivism, the emergence and consolidation of administrative law in Romania under French influence, the distinction between Administrative Law and the Law of Administration, the Europeanization of administrative law, and the difference between an international and a global administrative law.
